MyOffice24x7 Pricing Model for Consultancy Services

For project management, implementation and software development activities, we base our consulting fee on the complexity of the task and the time frame required to complete assignment. Complex projects may be completed in stages with agreed reporting and invoicing milestones. Usually where the scope of work can be adequately defined, we will be able to offer work on a time and materials basis with a capped fee or fixed fee.

For consultancy services provided, we have established Membership Rates and Casual Rates, detailed below. Please note, that the rates provided below are in Australian dollars. To get rates for your country, please contact us.
Member Consulting Rates
$65 per hour : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
$85 per hour : Weekends, and Monday to Friday outside Standard Hours
$40 call out : per onsite service visit
Casual Consulting Rates
$85 per hour : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
$100 per hour : Weekends, and Monday to Friday outside Standard Hours
$60 call out : per onsite service visit
Where Casual Rates apply, MyOffice24x7 requires a purchase order signed by an authorised member of your company before beginning the work.
