Note 1. Prices in these plans are in Australian dollars ($AUD). To check the value in your currency, please apply the current exchange rate. The monthly service fee must be pre-paid before the start of each month.

Note 2. To avoid dependency on currency exchange rate, monthly service fees can be fixed for a period of 6 months in your local currency for a 5% premium

Note 3. An additional 10% for Goods and Services Tax will apply to Australian customers.

Note 4. This time fee is charged at the discounted labour rate specified in Note 7.

Note 5. Setup of an environment is available during Melbourne normal working days only (Mon-Fri).

Note 6. This service requires advance payment for the setup flat fee, setup time fee and the first month's service fee. Paypal can be used for payments (preferred).

Note 7. This item guarantees access to support resources at a discounted price up to the nominated number of hours. The discounted rate is currently set at $95/hr, charged in half hour blocks. Additional support is at our normal T&M rates. Unused monthly discounted support hours do not accrue.
