While working with your dedicated Liferay installation, you will have access to MyOffice24x7 development and support personnel who have at least 4 years of Liferay commercial expertise. This is a pre-paid plan with a limited length of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the environment is automatically deleted. If you want to extend the term of your plan, you can pre-purchase a further 2 weeks of product use without losing your data. Obviously, this must be done prior to the end of the original 2 weeks. This basic plan can be supplemented with the purchase of 2 hour blocks of MyOffice24x7 support hours to assist, guide and train you as you learn about Liferay by trying it yourself. | |||
